Vihgo

Vihgo is a unique, easy-to-use, yet powerful
iPhone application. It can improve photo quality
and make special effects. You can add rain, snow,
rainbow, or fog to images, make pictures look like
canvas paintings, old photos, or halftones,
simulate realistic 3D page curl effect, and many
more. Each filter has a set of on-screen parameter
controls that adjust the effect. You can also draw
mask with your finger and then apply filter to
the masked region only.
